§ 78A-2-702. Definitions. (Effective 5/13/2014)

- As used in this part:
(1) "Attorney guardian ad litem" means an attorney employed by the office. (2) "Director" means the director of the office. (3) "Guardian ad litem" means either an attorney guardian ad litem or a private attorney guardian ad litem. (4) "Office" means the Office of Guardian ad Litem, created in Section 78A-6-901. (5) "Private attorney guardian ad litem" means an attorney designated by the office pursuant to Section 78A-2-705 who is not an employee of the office.
